We have been training professional business mediators for many years. Again and again we are asked whether we can also conduct the course in English.Yes we can. We have also trained many executives in companies in mediation. We are now also offering our popular course to become a certified mediator in English.

Diversity can be a source of enrichment. But it can also be the cause of differences and conflicts. Mediative skills are the key to dealing constructively with diversity. They enable inclusion, mindfulness and are therefore indispensable in the modern working world.

Our mediation concept is scientifically based. Building on this knowledge, we have developed methods that are effective. During training, we teach the basics in an exciting and easy-to-understand way. This is how the transfer into practice succeeds. Because mediation is not just knowledge, it is ability. You will learn mediation in interactive exercises, role plays and joint reflections.

Mediation is more than a method. We work out the mediative perspective and attitude together with you and show how you can support your clients in regaining access to their resources and, with the help of your structuring, create a space of mutual understanding. Building on this, the mediators can then create sustainable solutions independently and together. A fascinating process for everyone.

The course meets the legal requirements to acquire the title "certified mediator according to the Mediation Act.

The course fee is significantly reduced compared to the German language course and is only 5.000.-

Dr. Thomas R. Henschel

The quality of a training depends first of all on the trainer. Dr. Thomas R. Henschel is one of the most experienced trainers and trainers in Germany. He has been training business mediators for 20 years with a concept that is consequently praxis orientated and has specially been specially designed for business purpose. Dr. Henschel has worked and taught in over 40 countries. He is a sought-after mediator for business, lecturer and speaker and moderates international conferences and conferences. In addition, he brings over 20 years of experience in business, so that his training is consistently practice-oriented.

Concept

Mediation is not only a knowledge it is rather a competence. Therefor the training provides insides and interactive exercises.
